Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Present promote and sell company products or services effectively
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities
Handle objections professionally and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
