The following position is to join RTX Corporate:

TheManagerLearningDeliverysupports the RTX Learning and Development (L&D) organization enabling the career development of RTXs 185000 employees. The Manager Learning Delivery is an individual contributor role reporting to the Associate Director LearningDeliveryandpartnersclosely with a team of facilitators instructional designers and with learning operations.

This roleis responsible forfacilitatingtransformational learning experiences across leadership and enterprise skill-building programs. It upholds facilitation excellence and ensures theconsistent high-impact delivery of learning that equips employees and leaders with the skills confidence and mindset to apply new capabilities.

What You Will Do

Program Delivery&Excellence

  • Demonstratefacilitation excellence including facilitation models toolkits and train-the-trainer approacheswhileworking with theLearning Delivery leader tocontinuously evolvefacilitation methods based on best practices and learner insights.
  • Deliver high-impact leader development programs to role model facilitation excellencetocreate anengaging learningenvironment for allparticipants.
  • Facilitateleaderdevelopmentprograms andadditionalenterprise-wideskill-building content across multiple cohorts geographies and modalities (virtual in-person).
  • Partner with peer Learning Delivery team members including co-facilitationtoconsistent scalable and high-quality program experiences.
  • Partner with program design teams to translate content intoexperiential actionable and behavior-changinglearning experiences.
  • Ensure alignment with business outcomes and leadership capability goals across programsby connecting learningobjectivesto measurable performance and behavior change opportunities within the learners roles.
  • Create andmaintainfacilitation playbooks standards and ongoing development for facilitator communities of practiceto ensure global consistency and elevate facilitation capability across the enterprise.
  • Manage competing priorities while traveling for facilitation ensuring seamless program delivery alongside other ongoing projectassignmentsoradministrative responsibilities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through learner feedback and outcome-based measurement.
  • Drive innovation in facilitation methodsleveragingtechnology storytelling experiential learning and leadership simulationsto increase engagement learner retention and on-the-job application.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to understand leadership capability needs and adapt facilitation strategiesaccordinglytotailor facilitationapproach examples and scenarios to real-world business andwith global and regional partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Travel

  • Travel at least 80% of the time including domestic and international.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typicallyrequires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum8years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum5years experience.
  • Minimum5years of relevantLearning & Development facilitation experience; relevant HR experience in Human Resources Learning & Development Organizational Development or Talent Management
  • Prior experience delivering world-classcommunicationpresentationand facilitation skills.
  • Prior experienceleveragingadult learning principles facilitation techniques and experiential learning design.
  • Prior experience working with all levels of leadership to communicate and implement learning programs to supportbusinessgoals.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • HRBP experience
  • Prior experience in large manufacturing and/or matrixed global organization.
  • Certifications inbehavioralassessment and ICF coaching credentials.
  • Bilingual or Multilingual

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
