Description

Position Purpose:

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on closing annual subscriptions to theBeeline Supplier Network. You will prospect qualify demo and close. While some leads come inbound success in this role depends heavily on proactive outbound effort using HighLevel(CRM). This is not enterprise sales. There is no long procurement cycle no dedicated SDR support and no onboarding you thrive in high-activity environments and prefer speed ownership and closing this role will be a strong fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for Beeline Supplier Network subscriptions from first conversation through payment confirmation.
  • Contact and lead research using ZoomInfo Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Focus on finding new business selling and closing deals
  • Use High Level(CRM)daily to generate and manage pipeline through outbound and inbound activity
  • Monitor engagement signals such as website visits and campaign activity and proactively follow up
  • Develop and manage activities to ensure the sales pipelineremainsfull of qualified leads& prospects.
  • Run short focused video demos typically 2030 minutes
  • Partner with Customer Success to transition/hand offclosed deals into a defined onboarding process thenimmediatelyreturn focus to selling
  • Collaborate closely withVP Product strategyon messaging objections and talk tracks

Desired Competencies:

  • Comfort in high-activity outbound sales environments
  • Strong working knowledge of High Level or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to run consultative question-driven sales conversations
  • Tenacity and the ability to overcome objections related to sales.
  • Familiarity with staffing or supplier operations is a strong plus but deep industry tenure is notrequired.
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
