Job Summary

Kinley Ames is seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level Childcare Teachers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a positive effect on children. As an Entry-Level Childcare Teacher you will work alongside experienced staff to create a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Supervise and care for children in a classroom setting ensuring their safety and well-being.

Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical emotional and social development.

Support the lead teacher in daily lesson planning and classroom management.

Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment.

Communicate with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress needs and any concerns.

Follow all state regulations and company policies related to health safety and educational standards.

Participate in staff meetings training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Travel assignments are a requirement.

Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required.

Ability to pass a background check and obtain relevant certifications (e.g. CPR First Aid).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience creativity and a genuine love for working with children.

Must reside in Oklahoma (any city)

Required Skills:

All applicants must be able to pass a background check and be fingerprinted for childcare. Applicant must complete 30 hours of ELCCT online courses. Applicant must complete the CPR and First Aid training. Applicant must complete the Safe Sleep training. Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel to various facilities to fill assignments daily
