Job Title:Project Lead/Technical Liaison
Location:550 D St W JBSA Randolph TX 78150 (Onsite)
Summary:The project focuses on sustaining enhancing and modernizing the customers Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology data analytics and improved system capabilities. A phased carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage/administer technical instances. Assist with project management and configuration changes. Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance in the system
- Manage helpdesk mentors staff serves as primary contact to the federal DoD customer PMO
- Handle reporting communication document reviews meeting support and assists with policy creation
- Facilitate coordination between subcontractors teams and government; acts as on-site point of contact
- Ensure performance of required work and services maintaining regular communication with Project Manager
- Oversee software development lifecycle from concept to deployment providing development support
- Perform Tier 3 testing create test cases support solutioning and possess strong recruiting knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Project Manager in a regulated and compliant environment
- Agile methodologies Project Management Risk Management Communication Stakeholder Management
