Location: Oxnard CA

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5:30 pm Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 p.m.

(Closed Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation: $22 - $24 per hour

Herzog Wine Cellarsis currently seeking anInventory Control Specialistto manage andmaintainaccurateinventory levels throughout the Warehouse. This roleis responsible forensuringall dry goods and finished goods are properly stocked organized and stored in designated areas to support efficient warehouse and production operations. The Inventory Control Specialistassistsin multiple areas of the Warehouse including shipping receiving and order fulfillment as needed. Overtime may berequiredto meet operational demands.

WhatYoullDo:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all dry goods and finished goods identifying discrepancies and replenishing inventory as needed

• Organize and manage warehouse inventory to ensure proper storage and accessibility

• Transport dry goods from off-site facilities to the warehouse

• Safelyoperatea forklift and other warehouse equipment asrequired

• Maintain detailed logs of products supplies and inventory movements

• Provide daily transactional hand-off of dry goods to the bottling/production line

• Assistwith preparing distributor and internal orders for shipment

• Support shipping and receiving operations special projects and other warehouse functions as assigned

• Follow all departmental policies procedures and operational standards

• Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards

• Promote a safe efficient and organized warehouse environment.

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

• High school diploma GED or equivalent

• Minimum of three (3) years of prior warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift certificationrequired

• Strong organizational time management and basic mathematical skills

• High levelof accuracy and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of inventory control processes in a warehouse manufacturing or distribution environment

• Basic computer skills including data entry andmaintaininginventory logs or databases

• Ability tooperatestandard office and warehouse equipment safely

• Professional courteous and customer-focused approach when working with employees vendors and visitors

• Strong problem-solving decision-making and project management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively across all levels of the organization

Compensation:

Salary rangebetween$22.00 - $24.00 hourly

Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
