Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary:(DOE) Bonus

Location: Kendal (Hybrid Working Supported)

Experience: NQ 4 years PQE (Property Litigation)

Are you ready to develop your career with a market-leading award-winning law firm Our clients Land & Property Dispute Resolution Team in Preston is seeking a solicitor (NQ4 PQE) to handle a varied caseload of property disputes and support the teams continued growth and success.

The Opportunity

• Manage your own caseload of contentious property matters including landlord and tenant disputes real estate litigation property contract claims and professional negligence claims

• Advise clients on lease renewals dilapidations break clauses forfeiture trespass possession boundary disputes rights of way/easements and restrictive covenants

• Draft correspondence and court papers liaise with the Court instruct counsel and experts

• Attend court hearings mediations and all-party meetings

• Support senior fee earners on complex matters and assist in team supervision

• Develop relationships with a diverse client base: business owners developers retail occupiers and individuals

• Engage in business development to help grow the teams offering

• Benefit from training mentoring and development opportunities in a supportive team environment

What Were Looking For

• Qualified solicitor (NQ4 years PQE) with experience in property litigation

• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision

• Strong attention to detail organisation and planning skills

• Excellent client care communication and IT skills

• Commercially minded and proactive with a willingness to develop processes and support business growth

• Team player able to collaborate across the firm and promote the firms values
