Property Litigation Solicitor
Salary:(DOE) Bonus
Location: Kendal (Hybrid Working Supported)
Experience: NQ 4 years PQE (Property Litigation)
Are you ready to develop your career with a market-leading award-winning law firm Our clients Land & Property Dispute Resolution Team in Preston is seeking a solicitor (NQ4 PQE) to handle a varied caseload of property disputes and support the teams continued growth and success.
The Opportunity
Manage your own caseload of contentious property matters including landlord and tenant disputes real estate litigation property contract claims and professional negligence claims
Advise clients on lease renewals dilapidations break clauses forfeiture trespass possession boundary disputes rights of way/easements and restrictive covenants
Draft correspondence and court papers liaise with the Court instruct counsel and experts
Attend court hearings mediations and all-party meetings
Support senior fee earners on complex matters and assist in team supervision
Develop relationships with a diverse client base: business owners developers retail occupiers and individuals
Engage in business development to help grow the teams offering
Benefit from training mentoring and development opportunities in a supportive team environment
What Were Looking For
Qualified solicitor (NQ4 years PQE) with experience in property litigation
Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
Strong attention to detail organisation and planning skills
Excellent client care communication and IT skills
Commercially minded and proactive with a willingness to develop processes and support business growth
Team player able to collaborate across the firm and promote the firms values
