ABOUT THE ROLE
The Nurture Healthcare Group requires an Admin Support (Receptionist) who will be based at our Nurture Vereeniging facility in the Gauteng reporting to the Hospital Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12.
- 2 Year or more experience as an administrator within a clinical environment.
- Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent in follow up/follow through
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Need to understand the difference between acute and rehabilitation services (as they are fighting for rehab not medical care must be able to explain that to the funder)
- Eye for detail must be able to pick up errors in ICD-10 coding/discharge dates
- Strong English language competency
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Forward thinking skills identify possible challenges
- Typing skills would be an advantage
Minimum Salary:Cost to Company (including benefits)
