Client Support Specialist (Software Support)
If you enjoy solving problems helping people and making complex systems feel simple this role will feel like a good fit.
Were working with a growing B2B SaaS business in the golf and hospitality tech space. Theyre looking for someone who can take ownership of the client support experience from handling day-to-day software queries and resolving issues through to guiding users and helping them get real value from the system.
What youll be doing:
Responding to client queries and troubleshooting issues
Guiding users through solutions in a clear practical way
Supporting onboarding and system adoption
Building strong relationships with clients
Identifying recurring issues and improving processes
Youll do well if you:
Have 13 years experience in software support / SaaS / customer success
Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Are calm patient and solutions-focused
Enjoy working with people as much as solving problems
Are organised and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
Exposure to CRM systems or support tools
Hospitality / golf industry exposure (or interest in learning)
Additional languages (French Italian Spanish)
