Team Lead – Data Process

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Team Lead for our Data Process department in Leusden. In this role you will work hands on while leading a team of eight colleagues. Together you ensure excellent service delivery to our customers. The focus of this position is team coordination quality assurance and keeping all operational processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the Data Process team (8 employees 13 temporary workers and a team in Malaysia).

• Planning distributing and monitoring the workflow for both the local and international team.

• Processing incoming mail: receiving unpacking scanning and performing data entry.

• Printing returns and preparing outgoing mail.

• Managing transactions related to product and service changes.

• Entering and updating information in databases spreadsheets or other systems.

• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the Data Process.

• Monitoring team performance and supporting both on the job and formal development.

• Collaborating closely with managers from other departments.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• MBO diploma (secondary vocational education) and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Formal management experience is not required; informal leadership experience is a plus.

• Hands on mentality and a proactive approach.

• Strong communication organisational and problem solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent command of Dutch and good proficiency in English.

• Experience with mail room processes is an advantage but not required.
