The Audio Content Creation Coordinator position exists to support the Audio Content Creation team and coordinates workflow for editors and producers while maintaining an archive of all audio for Focus on the Duties/Responsibilities:Coordinates studio requests from around the ministry and assigns audio engineers to cover themCoordinates editor assignments to ensure all projects get accomplished by the appropriate team memberIs responsible for and maintains a digital archive of all audio content masters raw studio audio completed projects and manages the content databaseIs responsible for creating the written transcript summaries and other written forms of the audio contentIs responsible for Aprimo data entry for daily broadcasts and podcasts including creating new products and activitiesAssigns SKUs for broadcast CDs and downloads; Sends out broadcast SKU sheets to the email distribution listsCreates and supports SmartSheets for the many different long and short-form broadcasts and podcasts Inputting source codes activity numbers offer links Duties/Responsibilities:Maintains Audio Library Performs other duties as assignedWorking Environment/Physical Requirements:Studio environment Occasional lifting packing and unpacking of boxesOccasional exposure to fumes from cleaning agents used on audio equipmentJOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSCharacter/SpiritualExemplifies Ephesians 5:1-2 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children and walk in love as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo I am with you always even to the end of the a consistent witness for Jesus Christ; maintains a courteous Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Focus; adheres to the Standard of Moral Conduct and Statement of Faith; upholds Focus on the Familys ministry in prayerPrays personally for Focus on the Familys staff and constituents and may occasionally lead in a public prayerEngages in Christian ministryDemonstrates behaviors aligned with FOF core valuesPersonal CharacteristicsKnowledge/Experience:Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in Broadcasting or related field2-4 years of experience in radio broadcast/audio productionWorking knowledge of MS Windows and MS WordKnowledge and experience in problem solvingSkills Abilities and Special Talents/Gifts:Strong ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasksStrong problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyTo be proficient in the use of computer hardware and software for Apple and audio recording knowledgeAbility to handle multiple projectsStrong organizational skillsMust work independentlyAbility to use the Rimage Printer to create labels for CDs and DVDsAbility to work well with othersAbility to work well under pressurePay Range: $18.00 to $21.00Application Materials Required: Cover Letter Resume/CV*Colorado Residents: In any materials you submit you may redact or remove any age-identifying information such as age date of birth or dates of school attendance or graduation.
