This role supports safe efficient movement of goods timely order fulfillment and : Monday to Thursday (7:00 Am to 4:00 Pm Friday 7:00 Am to 1:00 Pm)Pay Rate: Between $24.56 to $30.56The successful candidates responsibilities will include:ShippingPlan and stage outbound orders; verify pick accuracy and packaging shipping documents (BOL packing lists courier labels) and coordinate carrier shipments meet customer requirements and on-time dispatch final quality checks; address discrepancies before inspect and record inbound materials; reconcile against damages or shortages; work with Purchasing/Production to put-away to proper locations; maintain 5S in receiving system transactions promptly to maintain inventory ControlLead daily cycle counts and investigate variances; implement corrective bin/location integrity; support stock rotation (FIFO) and lot/serial min/max levels; flag replenishment needs and slow-moving/obsolete routine inventory reports for operations & CoordinationAssign and follow up on tasks; balance workloads across the employees on SOPs safety and equipment; reinforce standard a safe workplace; conduct hazard observations and support incident as point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders (Production Purchasing Quality).Escalate equipment quality and schedule risks to the Supervisor/ ideal candidate for this position will have:High school or college diploma24 years of warehousing/logistics experience with shipping receiving and inventory control lead hand or team coordination experience in a manufacturing/warehouse with ERP/WMS transactions (e.g. receipts picks transfers cycle counts).Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry/ attention to detail; able to investigate and resolve inventory communication skills and ability to forklift license/certification; experience with counterbalance and/or reach truck would be an standing walking and lifting up to 50 lbs; use of forklifts/pallet Intelligence may be used to assist with screening applications for this this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your resume including salary Industries Limited hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
