Job Summary
Your opportunity
As the Senior Finance Analyst Majors you will lead a small team responsible for all aspects of financial analysis relating to the Major Tenant function of the Australian portfolio of properties. Ranging from forecasting budgeting year end and all aspects of Major tenant lease administration.
- Major Tenant Lease administration - interpreting lease agreements to ensure accuracy of major tenant revenue across your portfolio whilst ensuring all requirements contained within agreements are strictly adhered to.
- Financial Management & Reporting Produce and review accurate budgets and forecasts for Major tenants providing insightful variance analysis on movements to various reference points.
- Managing Deliverables Prioritise work so that deliverables (e.g. month-end / year-end) are completed on time and are of a consistent quality whilst working on adhoc requests from stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement Establish and build mutually beneficial relationships with internal & external customers to support optimal outcomes for our business.
- Team Leadership - lead coach and develop a team of analysts
What will set you apart from the rest
- Relevant experience with leadership experience/ capability
- Excellent analytical ability with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
