Project Coordinator
1. Project Support & Coordination
Assist in developing project plans timelines and schedules.
Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines deliverables and milestones.
Help coordinate project team meetings and communication.
Update project documentation and status reports regularly.
2. Communication & Collaboration
Communicate with team members vendors and stakeholders to relay information or updates.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related queries.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project records (e.g. contracts schedules reports).
Track and document project changes issues and risks.
4. Administrative Support
Schedule meetings
Prepare and distribute project correspondence.
Organize and maintain project files and digital folders.
5. Budget & Resource Tracking
Help track project expenses and compare them against the budget.
Assist with acquiring invoices and deposits.
Coordinate procurement of materials or services needed for the project.
6. Risk & Issue Monitoring
Identify and flag potential issues or risks to the project coordinator or manager.
Help maintain a risk/issue log and follow up on resolution actions.
Track new purchases on drawings and sketches.
Assist in tracking warranty information.
7. Quality Control Assistance
Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
Help gather and organize feedback or evaluations related to project outcomes.
Approving project to spec prior to issuing payment.
