Position Summary
The (Senior) Medical Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding the Hong Kong market by leveraging strong product knowledge aligning with marketing strategies and executing effective sales plans. This role requires a proactive approach to developing long-term partnerships providing market insights and supporting cross-functional initiatives with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand portfolio coverage across Hong Kong.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dental professionals and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional service including smooth order processing and timely issue resolution.
- Gather and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plans to meet objectives.
- Organize and participate in trade shows seminars clinical meetings and product training sessions.
- Engage and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution
Key Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a Science discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with 2 years of sales experience in healthcare or related fields will be considered as Senior Sales.
- Proven track record of commitment achievement and sales success.
- High learning agility adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and analytical skills.
