Software Embedded Manager of North Alarm and Business Logic

About the Role

Based in Malmö you will lead and grow a team of seven software developers working in close collaboration with a development team in Madrid test teams across Europe and a group of analysts. This teamis responsible foralarm and business logic and together with the Madrid team builds global products that form the core of our next-generation IoT solutions.

As a technical manager you will:

• Act as Product Owner for the teams deliveries ensuring alignment with business priorities and the product roadmap.

• Define priorities and guide the team to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals.

• Stay actively engaged in technical discussions providing architectural vision and system-level design input (componentdiagrams interfaces and integration strategies).

• Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure end-to-end quality andtimelydelivery.

• Inspire coach and mentor team membersfosteringa culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to strategic planning roadmap definition and process optimization.

WhatWereLooking For

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred).

Experience&skills

• Proventrack recordof leading software development teams in agile environments.

• Solid background in C/C development and embedded Linux.

• Strong ability to articulate drive and document system architecture decisions.

• Experience within IoT ecosystems is a strong plus.

• Experience acting asProductOwner or holding responsibility for product deliveries is highly desirable.
