Your role

The Insurance & Risk Specialist is part of the Insurance & Risk Management team whichis responsible forcompany-wide enterprise risk management operations and insurance procurement on a global scale. Our department is growing and offersa great opportunityfor increased knowledge and advancement in the insurance/risk management and data center industries.

Whatyoulldo

• Liaise with insurance brokers/carriers tomaintainpolicy filesschedulesof insurance COI lists NDAlistsand invoicingneeds

• Manage SharePoint folders including adding/removing members organizing files and updating external facing verbiage

• Manage Certificate of Insurance process:fill certificate needs for contracted third parties and guide property managers on reviewing incoming COIs

• SupportEnterprise Risk Managementwith project needsrecordsandreporting

• Communicate with construction project managers and acquisitionsteamtotrackBuilders Risk General LiabilityPollution Liabilityrecords

• Support the gatheringand reportingof renewal exposures and application data across multiple teams and contacts

• Monitor Risk Management email distributionforcustomer and vendor inquiries

• Support other projects and business requirements as needed on a hoc basis

• Review monthly surety bond schedules and compare with internal needs

• Complete quantitative analysis of premiumspendand other trends

• Assistwith premium allocationsbudgetsand invoice workflow

• Gather information and reportworkers compensation and propertyclaims

Whatyoullneed

• Bachelors degreerequired preferably in Risk Management Finance GeneralBusinessor equivalent field of study

• Elevated knowledge of property & casualty lines of coverage

• 2years experience in commercial property & casualty insurance management underwriting claims management riskmanagementor brokerage

• Industry designations or licenses preferred (ARM CIC AIC CRM CRIS industry licenses)

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suitewith an emphasis on BISmartsheets and RMIS softwareare a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage complex projects
