The Call Center Representative will serve as a key point of contact ensuring accurate information exchange professional communication and efficient handling of inbound and outbound interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of calls and interactions

  • Follow established communication scripts guidelines and procedures

  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary
