Job Summary

Job Description:

The Service Center Representative at Au Natural Organics is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of the organic care company. They will handle inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information about organic products and services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers through phone email or chat ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the companys commitment to natural and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email live chat or social media promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about organic care products ingredients benefits and usage instructions.
    • Assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
  • Order & Account Assistance:
    • Process orders returns exchanges and refunds.
    • Track customer orders and provide shipment updates.
    • Update and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Handle complaints or product concerns professionally.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Work to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Product & Brand Support:
    • Educate customers on the companys organic care products and sustainability practices.
    • Support promotional campaigns and product launches by addressing related inquiries.
    • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Prepare reports on customer inquiries complaints and feedback.
    • Follow company policies regarding customer service and data protection.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Associate/Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service call center or support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of organic natural or skincare products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
