The Discovery Day Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling qualified prospects for a Discovery Day Tour from our Outside Sales Team. Interact with Regional Vice Presidents to schedule Discovery Day Tours in a quick and timely manner.
- Schedule Discovery Day Tours for RVPS
- Manage and schedule individual invites for the home office tours
- Maintain information in an organized manner when submitted by the RVP.
- Follow up calls to RVPs with advanced notice for any changes/information
- RVP Map Report-Monthly
- RVP Brand Report Ran weekly for brand presidents
- Discovery Day Reports- Monthly
- Maintain a professional and responsible level of interaction with RVPS and other associates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate brand managers and Business Development/Sales within the territory assigned.
- Maintain VP of Franchise Development Expense Report
- Engage in meetings trade shows and other venues as required or upon request.
- If applicable manage personal expense reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (B. A. B.B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or Associates degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Internet Explorer or Google Chrome Customer Relationship Management systems and scheduling software.
- Must have Teams Zoom and communicates clearly to different audiences.
- Attention to detail organized and personable.
- Be able to travel to Tradeshows nationally.
