Job Summary
- Facilitate track and collaboratively teach the Nursing Residency Program Mentorship Program and CNI Program. Promote a positive environment for learning using various adult learning methods. Stimulate new graduates to enculturate into UMSJMC and their units.
Drive positive outcomes related to decreasing turnover and providing support for development. Work positively with in a professional education environment. Strong team player demonstrating excellent communication skills. Organizational skills and time management skills are essential components of the job role.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing ( required)
- Masters Degree ( required or in process of obtaining)
- BLS ( AHA / required)
- ACLS ( preferred)
- BLS Instructor ( preferred or willing to obtain)
- Computer skills including word powerpoint and excel ( basic functionality required)
- 4 years minimum experience in nursing or educational programs in nursing
- Program coordination or management skills are needed.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $44.76 - $67.19
