About the Job
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end airfreight import operations ensuring compliance with internal processes and international regulations.
- Manage documentation flow (e.g. airway bills customs papers) and maintain accurate data in operational systems to guarantee timely cargo handling.
- Act as a key liaison between customers carriers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
About You
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in TMS systems and MS Office; prior experience in airfreight operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving approach.
