Job Summary

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary HR partner to Regional and Senior Managers translating business priorities into practical people strategies.
  • Provide expert ER/IR advice including complex case management investigations grievances and performance matters.
  • Support leadership capability performance talent and engagement initiatives across your client group.
  • Deliver workforce insights ensure compliance with HR processes and contribute to organisational change culture and development initiatives.

Qualifications :

You will bring:

  • Experience in a senior HR generalist or ER/IR-focused role with strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR matters and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Strong capability in performance management talent engagement culture and change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management coaching and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and a commercial solutions-focused mindset.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR IR or Law (highly regarded).
