This role sits within our Managed Services & Support function and is suited to a high mid to low senior full stack engineer who is comfortable working independently diagnosing issues in live environments and taking ownership of outcomes.
Youll support and improve existing client platforms across frontend and backend systems resolving incidents fixing defects and delivering small enhancements. While the focus is on post-launch support this is still a hands-on engineering role that requires strong technical judgement and confidence working in production systems.
You wont be expected to lead a team but you will be trusted to manage your own work communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and make sound technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting live client applications across frontend and backend systems
- Investigating and resolving production issues incidents and defects
- Making considered code changes to improve stability performance and reliability
- Delivering small enhancements and iterative improvements to existing platforms
- Working with logs monitoring and alerting tools to diagnose issues
- Collaborating with delivery teams during handovers and knowledge transfer
- Communicating clearly with clients around issues fixes and progress
- Contributing to documentation runbooks and support processes
- Identifying recurring issues and proactively suggesting improvements
Qualifications :
About You
Youre a curious practical full stack engineer who takes pride in building and maintaining reliable software. Youre comfortable working in production environments enjoy solving real client problems and approach debugging in a calm methodical way.
You take ownership of your work communicate clearly and use sound technical judgement to deliver quality outcomes. Youre confident picking up unfamiliar systems and balancing priorities across multiple platforms.
- Solid experience working across frontend and backend systems in production
- Strong frontend skills ideally with React and
- Experience working with SwiftUI
- Backend experience with .NET Java or similar technologies
- Confidence diagnosing issues using logs monitoring tools and existing codebases
- Experience building and consuming APIs and working with databases
- Experience with AWS and cloud-hosted applications
- A thoughtful quality-first approach to making changes in live environments
- Clear communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Exposure to Storyblok or Algolia (nice to have)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tooling such as Ansible (nice to have)
