Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Governance and Change Analyst to join a project in the banking this role you will play a key part in supporting strategic planning governance processes and change management initiatives across the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills excellent communication and organizational abilities and a solid understanding of corporate governance principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to design and deploy change management initiatives.
- Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor impacts through dashboards and KPI design.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in strategic planning corporate governance or a similar role.
- University degree in Management or similar relevant area.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills: autonomy ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts for senior audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Additional Information :
Hybrid (50% remote / 50% on-site) in either Porto or Lisbon.
