Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to establish and manage our Global Executive Finance Support Center of Excellence (COE). In this role you will build and lead a global team dedicated to supporting global executives with critical administrative finance processes. You will serve as the key link between business needs and finance operations ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in purchase order creation invoice tracking and issue resolution. This position will drive the development of standardized procedures training programs and best practices to deliver consistent high-quality support across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Center of Excellence (COE) Development and ongoing management:
- Partner with leadership to create implement and manage a global COE focused on PO creation and invoice management
- Design and implement the COE framework to standardize processes for PO creation invoice tracking and issue resolution
- Establish clear policies workflows and escalation paths to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Build and lead a global team of analysts focused on administrative finance support for executive leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
- Finance Process Support:
- Oversee end-to-end support for creating monitoring and managing purchase orders
- Ensure timely tracking of invoices and resolution of discrepancies or issues
- Act as a liaison between business units and finance teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
- Training & Compliance:
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders on proper finance procedures
- Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Operational Excellence:
- Implement tools and metrics to track team performance and process efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team performance including response times accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leaders and finance partners regarding administrative finance support
- Build strong relationships across global regions to ensure seamless coordination
- Consistently gather feedback from stakeholders monitor evolving support requirements and adapt the program as needed to meet the needs of global leaders while maintaining alignment with financial wellness principles
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of experience in finance operations procurement or administrative support with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of PO and invoice management processes
- Proven ability to lead global teams and implement standardized procedures
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
