What can you expect 

Commencing in August 2026 The Region North Europe AbbVie Graduate Program offers a rotation program where you will complete placements across areas such as business development commercial strategy medical affairs market access and public affairs. Each rotation will provide you with insights into our business and useful experience to build your career. You will be a part of a program spanning Region North in Europe while working with our Scandinavian Affiliate from our office in Sweden. 

During the rotations you will be working on meaningful projects and be part of collaborative teams where you can gain both on-the-job experience and specific training. Each rotation is designed to stretch your abilities offering a steep and rewarding learning curve. 

Throughout the program you work alongside highly competent and collaborative colleagues alongside a designatedsenior mentorand assigned buddies. All dedicated to guiding you as you take charge of accelerating your career by acquiring the skills needed for success.  

Qualifications :

We believe that you:

• Will graduate in 2026 or have 1-2 years of work experience
• Have a masters degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Science Economics Business Administration Engineering Bio-Entrepreneurship Biotechnology Industrial Management or Strategy
• Have excellent communication and strong analytical skills
• Are flexible ambitious determined resilient and eager to learn
• Are a strong team player
• Are fluent in Swedish and English
• Are willing to travel mainly within Scandinavian countries
• Are curious about international experiences for example an assignment in another country should the opportunity present itself

Additional Information :

We are offering two places in our graduate program.  The duration of the program is two years.
