We are now looking for a structured and proactive B2B Marketing Program Manager to ensure continuity and coordination of AFRYs B2B marketing campaigns during parental leave.
This is a temporary position starting in spring 2026 preferably in April May or June and lasting approximately one year.
In this role you will orchestrate end to end campaigns across teams and stakeholders translating business needs into clear marketing actions and ensuring reliable execution. You will own the campaign workflow from brief to delivery supporting channel selection planning timelines coordinating execution tracking campaign budget and providing postcampaign analysis.
In the campaigns you coordinate you will act as a central coordination point between different communications teams social media and web specialists well as external partners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and driving end to end B2B marketing campaigns ensuring alignment across stakeholders budget timelines and deliverables.
- Maintaining campaign timelines and identifying risks or bottlenecks.
- Supporting hands on campaign execution such as email campaigns webinars gated content and social media.
- Monitoring campaign performance and sharing insights to support improvements.
- Contributing to the development of processes and ways of working.
This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing the full marketing picture connecting strategy planning and execution into one coherent flow.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in B2B marketing campaign management or program management
A solid understanding of marketing end to end rather than deep expertise in every specific tool or channel
Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives
The ability to connect strategy with execution and see the bigger marketing picture
A hands on mindset and willingness to step into execution when needed
Fluent English written and spoken
Experience in Account Based Marketing
The following are considered a plus:
Familiarity with digital and marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Journey analytics tools (e.g. GA4 Power BI) and social media publishing tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
Swedish German or Portuguese language skills
As a person you are structured and dependable. You build trust through proactive and clear communication and you are comfortable balancing planning coordination and delivery in a dynamic and international environment.
