Job Summary

Tuknik Government Services a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a TOC Operations Manager to support TGS and our government customer in Camp Spring MD. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership communication and organizational abilities to ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with contracts and federal Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The TOC Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the contract Program Manager in directing managing and coordinating resources and staff across multiple concurrent task orders/projects and locations. Key responsibilities include:Plan initiate and manage information technology (IT) the execution and delivery of multiple projects ensuring adherence to project plans schedules and project performance identify risks and issue and implement mitigation leadership guidance and mentorship to project teams fostering collaboration and high and allocate resources effectively across projects ensuring appropriate staffing and skill and interpret contract requirements ensuring full compliance with terms and and maintain comprehensive project documentation reports metrics and lessons as the primary point of contact for federal Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs) maintaining effective communication and timely responses; Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Education:Bachelors degree in a related technical Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Minimum 10 years of IT experience preferably in a federal 5 years of project management experience preferably in a federal of IT systems software development methodologies and technology leadership and team management abilities to motivate cross-functional written and verbal communication skills for engaging federal clients/ problem-solving and decision-making in contract administration analysis and in project management tools (Microsoft Project Jira Trello etc.).Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or in at least one of the following: CCNP CCIE MCITP/MCSE CISSP or :Ability to obtain a Public TrustOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
