Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of veterinary practice operations including staffing scheduling and inventory control
- Recruit hire train and supervise office staff; conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies including DEA/Controlled Substances and OSHA regulations
- Oversee financial operations including payroll budgeting and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper use of veterinary terminology
- Provide excellent customer service addressing pet owners questions and resolving complaints promptly
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient care and emergency response
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and engage with the local veterinary community
- Manage inventory including controlled drugs to maintain adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness
- Perform other duties as assigned by veterinary regional manager

Qualifications:
- Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3 years veterinary experience preferred
- Saturday rotation is required
- knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital
- Compassionate Calm Team Player Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
- Highly organized and possess computer skills
- Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
- Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospitals needs
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $70-75k depending on experience.
