Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
-
Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon (ACVS or equivalent) or Residency-Trained

Eligible for veterinary licensure in the state of Florida

DEA license (or ability to obtain)
