Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
-
Board Certified Veterinary Oncologist (ACVIM Oncology) or Residency Trained

Eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida

DEA license (or ability to obtain)
