Our exceptional health center staff drives our mission forward by upholding our acclaimed customer service & confidentiality standards and working to create a safe judgement-free space for anyone seeking Planned Parenthood our Medical Assistant Phlebotomy positionUnder the supervision and direction of the Health Center Manager provides support to patients and co-workers by performing with accuracy and timeliness a variety of clinical and administrative tasks in different areas of the health will you be doing!Providing non-judgmental client-oriented care and providing accurate information by answering questions and providing appropriate with optimizing patient flow to keep appointments on and preparing documents for patient records and patient Responsibilities:Assisting patients by responding to reports and coordinating services from appropriate personnel or departments as comprehensive knowledge or birth control methods and reproductive health services to provide patient Planned Parenthood Patient Education Sheets (PES) and Informed Consent Forms (ICF) Client and offers Planned Parenthood services or community resources for identified patients patient satisfaction and efficient use of provider time by providing patient education to each type of visit ensuing that exam rooms are adequately stocked and prepared prior to patient intake preparing exam rooms rooming patients assisting the clinician performing lab tests providing injections ordering and maintaining supplies and variety of task which require demonstrating a knowledge of universal precautions sterile techniques and hazardous waste Qualifications:High school diploma or Qualifications:1-2 years in a healthcare Assistant Phlebotomy - CertificationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications. Experience with electronics health Range:$20.76 - $29.14hourlyPosition Type:Full-time Central District Health Center 37.5 hours/weekThis is a union role United Food & Commercial Workers 3000Benefits Eligibility:This position is eligible for PPGNHAIK benefits.
