About the Role
Were looking for anintuitive and resourcefulSenior IT Support Analystto join ourInternalIT Team. Reporting to theManager Internal ITyoullbeassistingwith on-site and remote support across our entire organization ensuringtimelysolutions that will keep our technological operations running smoothly.
WhatYoullDo
- Supportour ITsystems Provide technical support for hardwareapplication and network issues.
- Assistwith user setupManage onboarding and offboarding processes device setups account provisioning andassistwithlogisticsand inventory management.
- Maintain our enterprise infrastructureAdminister our Microsoft 365environmentandensure endpoint security compliance for our enterprise systems.
- Own and grow the processDocument processesincidentand problem resolution andassistwith IT projects such as migrations upgrades and automation initiatives.
What You Bring
- 8years of experience ina hands-on IT Support role across all tiers of support
- Experience withsupporting multi-site or global environments
- A proven ability to handle complex technical issues and mentor junior staff
- Superb analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting initiatives especially whenmanaging escalations under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain highly technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in face-to-face situations
- A drive to learn grow and explore issues which may not explicitly be in the purview of the Internal IT team
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam ifrequired)
Compensation:$65000$85000CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in ourCambridgeofficefivedays per week.
