Our Sydney office based in the lively hub of World Square is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!A day in the lifeAs the Brand & Promotions Lead for Triple M youll be the mastermind behind bold audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life. From on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events your days will be fast-paced creative and purpose-driven all with one goal: growing our audience and deepening listener work side by side with the Content team to dream up and deliver campaigns that reflect everything Triple M stands for real raw irreverent and proudly you live for big ideas love building brands and want to be part of something iconic this is your Youll NeedExtensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategyIn depth knowledge of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platformsHigh level Project Management skillsExcellent people and resource management skillsAbility to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutionsAbility to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needsExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levelsAbility to handle high volume of projects at high pace with easeKeen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audiencesLet us sweeten the deal!Flexible working options to help you balance work and life.
