Order Management Financial Analyst

Koniag Emerging Technologies a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Order Management Financial Analyst with a Secret clearance to support KET and our government customer in Alexandria VA. This is a hybrid opportunity 3days onsite required. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Emerging Technologies (KET) is looking for a Financial Management Analyst with Order Management experience to assist the customer with staff augmentation in Order Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Budget & Financial Analysis:Support the development execution and monitoring of budgets for assigned programs projects and program elements (PEs).Funds Control:Track and report the status of funds including commitments obligations and expenditures to ensure efficient resource Systems:Input and maintain financial data in government information technology systems and prepare fund document approval :Prepare detailed and summary reports of financial data and provide analysis to support decision-making for the clients & Guidance:Analyze and interpret financial policies and regulations providing guidance and advising leadership on financial management theories and :Communicate with government personnel customers and financial systems personnel to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial Support:Assist with various stages of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process and analyze submissions for assigned :2 years of experience with federal or defense financial management including knowledge of budget development execution and financial to analyze reconcile and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and in using government financial systems and creating presentations using clearance requiredEducation:Bachelors degree in a computer science information technology or computer related discipline or relevant experience in lieu of a Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Level Clearance per Government requirementsExperience supporting Federal Financial Management business operationsExcellent communication customer service and organizational skillsMust be fully fluent in MS Office applications including Outlook Word and ExcelOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
