You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social : A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the Youll Do:Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct and maintain a directory of service providers and and maintain a database of customers and their client issues and provide recommendations to fix each customer is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service good relationships with service providers and customers to keep customer the list of resources and providers to ensure there are no gaps in telephones and respond to email inquiries in the other job duties as duties as you bring:HS Diploma or GED1 year of industry experience or a related customer service experience administrative experience skills in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsHigh quality organizational skillsThe ability to work well under deadlines and to ability to build relationships and coalitions within the verbal and written communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
