PEOPLE AND CULTURE COORDINATOR @ ACDI
The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both the operational and cultural execution of ACDIs People & Culture department. This position focuses on strengthening internal processes optimizing system workflows supporting employee lifecycle activities and assisting with engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Working closely with the People & Culture Director this individual helps bring the departments vision to life while coordinating meaningful outcomes across all People & Culture programs. They ensure consistent high-quality execution while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinator Support & Process Execution
Maintain accurate HRIS workflows and ensure documentation and processes align with company standards
Coordinate and support system processes ensuring accuracy and proper documentation across the employee lifecycle
Support recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications through appropriate channels
Assist with planning coordinating and executing People & Culture programs and initiatives
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure a smooth employee experience that includes behind the scenes impact
Assist with HR coordination related to pre-hire activities and employee transitions ensuring that procedures are consistently followed
Employee Engagement & Culture Execution
Assist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal culture-driven programs
Coordinate communication logistics and execution for People & Culture initiatives and events including responsibilities for setup and takedown some of which may occur outside normal business hours.
Support initiatives that strengthen ACDIs culture collaboration and cross-functional engagement
Project & Cross-Functional Support
Assist with People & Culture projects across departments including multicultural and cross-border initiatives
Help drive timelines documentation and follow-through to ensure successful execution
Provide support on current and additional department initiatives as business needs evolve including special HR projects events and culture-focused programs
Reporting & Operational Support
Assist in compiling non-payroll HR reports and tracking People & Culture metrics to support department initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes workflows and evaluation tracking in collaboration
Support dashboard maintenance and internal reporting for department visibility
Impact of the Role
Supports in delivering consistent high-quality People & Culture outcomes
Strengthens employee experience and engagement through organized thoughtful execution
Helps ensure clarity alignment and operational stability within the People & Culture department

Additional Responsibilities
Skills/Experience/Education:
Required
3 years of HR operations HR coordination or HR generalist experience
Experience optimizing HRIS systems or internal workflow processes
Strong systems mindset with experience improving workflows or HR processes
High level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication coordination and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives or internal culture-driven events
Experience working with multicultural or cross-border teams
Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is a plus
Supervisory Responsibility
Work Environment
Moderate noise level bullpen environment located at ACDI headquarters
Fast-paced encouraging and positive
Employee may be required to furnish mobile services and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis
