Job Description:

The NA Innovative Medicine Commercial Finance Team is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst Commercial Established Products. This role is based in Titusville NJ.

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide day to day financial leadership to the Established Products Group focusing on Stelara Immunology Lifecycle Brands (Remicade Simponi Simponi Aria) and other EPG brands strategic priorities to drive growth as well as providing strategic support to brand marketing expenses (BMEs).

The Senior Financial Analyst is the key business partner for their brand teams as well as Pricing GTN SIA and other support functions that interact with the brands. Business scenario planning analysis and providing prudent recommendations are key responsibilities of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial data including ad hoc data when needed and prepare reporting for leadership to better understand where strategic decisions should be evaluated
  • Prepare visual presentations of financial concepts for senior management. This includes developing complex financial graphs and charts.
  • Examine existing financial concepts to identify areas for operational improvement including the mitigation of non-value work and the elimination of irrelevant data.
  • Provide support for key compliance activities including ensuring overall financial compliance reviews are done balance sheets external compliance reviews etc.
  • Support financial forecasting and closing processes
  • Build and maintain business partner relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. A CPA CMA or MBA are also preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 three years finance or related business experience is required.
  • Must possess the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication interpersonal and influencing skills required.
  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel & PowerPoint) is required
  • Experience in SAP TM1 Anaplan PowerBI and JDE is preferred.
  • The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and have experience building and implementing financially viable business models required.
  • The candidates must have good communication and negotiation skills be able to work in a team environment and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives required.
  • This position is located in Titusville NJ and may require up to 5% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).


This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
