Lead and manage activities related to Quality Assurance under
commercial environment
Make sure product compliant with CMOs distributor customer regulation
Contribute proactively as an effective leader functioning responsibly and
autonomously while working within the framework of internal and external
regulatory guidelines and procedures.

Requirement
Education/Training:
Bachelors degree or above major in pharmacy chemistry or related
Licensed Pharmacist Qualification
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of quality management experience of pharmaceutical
distribution
Good skill and experience of quality issue solving customer complaints
handling and vendor audit

Has experience and practice associated with quality management IT
systems such as Trackwise etc
Be familiar with GDP GMP ISO9001 and regulation in pharmaceutical
industry.
Quality management experience of medical device or cosmetic is a big plus.
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
Strong organization communication and teamwork skills to be able to
effectively interact within key stakeholders.
Reliable hardworking with enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Fluent English (oral & writing)
Duties and Responsibilities
Fully responsible for full life cycle product quality management leading root
cause analysis and CAPA of critical quality complaints. This role will drive
cross-functional product quality improvement initiatives rigorously manage
vendor quality audits and evaluations and optimize supply chain quality
performance. Through data-driven decision-making this role will
continuously enhance customer satisfaction and corporate quality
competitiveness.
Responsible for the qualification or standard of the products suppliers
purchasers and logistic. Review collect and update the quality information
of the products in operation and establish the quality documents of the
products in operation.
Responsible for the identification of nonconforming products and relevant
investigation and CAPA. The confirmation of nonconforming products
should have written comments and signatures; the process of handling
unqualified products should be effectively supervised and have written proof
of processing. Responsible for the management of product recall.
Responsible for the inquiries and complaints and the investigation handling
and reporting of quality accidents. The report should have the opinion and
signature of the person in charge of quality.

Supervise the periodic verification and calibration of the facilities and
equipment of the third-party logistics companies and the management of the
retention of relevant records.
Manage products inspection releasing rejecting reworking returning. etc
Managing Vender quality includes ensuring 3rd parties are qualified and
maintained by running audit; Organize or assist in quality management
training of 3rd parties review and manage quality agreements with 3rd
parties
Participate in the creation/update of local SOPs to reflect local practices in
accordance with Corporate Policies and SOPs
Maintenance analysis and reporting of Quality KPIs
Develop and manage effective working relationships with competent
authority and Global colleagues
Foster and maintain good cross-functional working relationships with other
departments; attend cross-functional meetings and represent the Affiliate
where necessary
Represent the company in the relevant committees of the
professional/industry associations if necessary
