Operational Risk Management Specialist

As an Operational Risk Management Specialist at OCBC you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our risk management practices are robust and effective and that we are well-positioned to achieve our strategic objectives.

You will need to be able to identify and assess potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. You will also need to be able to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders and work collaboratively to implement risk management solutions.
What you do
- Identify and assess operational risks that could impact our business operations
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management practices are robust and effective
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure that our risk management practices are up-to-date and effective
- Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field such as risk management finance or business
- At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
- Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common goals

1. 建立和维护全行的操作风险相关的政策及指引管理操作风险政策确保在系统中的登记审批和保持有效
Establish and maintain operational risk related policies and guidelines at bank level. Manage operational risk policies to ensure registration approval and effectiveness in the system.
2. 协调各部门/分行操作风险伙伴推进全行在操作层面实现操作风险管理框架政策标准工具和报告
Coordinate with department/branch operational risk partner (ORP) and drive the operationalization of operational risk management framework policies standards tools and reports at bank level.
3. 日常管理收集监控上报操作风险管理工具包括但不限于风险自查损失事件记录风险指标体系三大工具的实施情况
Daily manage collect monitoring and report the execution of operational risk management tools (include but not limit to three major operational risk management tools - Risk Assessment Loss Event Performance Metrics).
4. 收集分析和报告交易员交易监控数据
Collect analyze and report the trading monitoring data.
5. 通过形式多样的咨询培训指导和提示提升全行员工的操作风险意识促进审慎的风险文化的培育
Promote OCBC Wing Hang Chinas operational risk awareness amongst staff and support the building of a prudent risk culture for the bank through relevant consultation training guidance and periodic email alerts
6. 领导或参与操作风险创新和改进项目
Lead or participate in operational risk related initiatives and improvement projects
7. 开展专项的操作风险评估以及全流程风险内控审核
Conduct thematic risk assessment and end-to-end process review from risk and internal control point of view
8 上级主管及管理层安排的操作风险管理相关及其他工作
Operational risk management related or other tasks assigned by supervisor and management
任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)
学历及专业资格要求
Academic & Professional Qualifications 本科以上学历
University degree and above
知识与技能要求
Knowledge & Skills 熟练英语口语读写能力
Proficiency in spoken and written English
相关工作经验要求
Relevant Experience 2年以上银行业操作风险科技营运或审计相关工作经验
2 years working experience in operational risk technology operation or audit in banking industry

Special Attributes 有操作风险和内控意识熟悉中国银行监管机构颁布的法规对银行操作有良好的业务知识
