Understanding of complex program concepts and applications including project scheduling resource allocations and technical writing briefing and facilitation -starter with strong leadership skills. Demonstrated skill in negotiation building consensus and achieving ability to develop and manage a complex project to plan. Demonstrated Technical Leadership Skills. Strong leadership and Project Management computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
