Managing the implementation lifecycle forDayforceprograms from bid management through to discovery development testingdeploymentand post-implementation review
Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
Offering experience withinHR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analyticssolutions toprovidefunctional insight andthought-leadership
Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues
Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning resourcing milestone tracking customersatisfactionand where required project oversight working with aManageror Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
Leading and supporting blended teams of colleaguesclientand partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
Whenprovide coaching to fellow Engagement Managers on project delivery
Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve
Full lifecycle project management experience implementingDayforcewithin a consulting and/or IT services environment
Direct experience implementingDayforce ADPWorkday Oracle SAP/SuccessFactors PeopleSoft or similar applications
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
Proventrack recordof business development skills
Excellent organization time management and communication skills and passion for customer service
Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases requirement documentation tender documents contracts statements of work and change requests
Demonstrable success inidentifyingand takingappropriate actionon opportunities foradditionalbusiness
Working with a sales team the ability to provide effective pre-sales support when including estimatingviable winning solutions
Strong commercial judgement with a proventrack recordin the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
Experience of running a diverse and remote team
Fluent English(French will be asset)

The salary range for this position is $$191200 - $241200.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work location.In addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
