We act for the roleThe Head of Commercial & Contracts is a key leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth and strengthening organisational capability. This position is responsible for enhancing commercial practices across the organisation leading the fee-for-service capability uplift project and managing the pipeline process. You will develop and implement commercial strategies that deliver growth increase value and impact and build strong relationships with part of the Finance Leadership Team the Head of Commercial & Contracts contributes to achieving strategic outcomes ensuring financial sustainability and positioning Red Cross positively within the youCommercial Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial environments fee-for-service models and complex contract management with strong business acumen and financial skills to manage budgets monitor performance and deliver Leadership: Proven experience in senior leadership roles within high-performing environments including providing strategic advice to executives boards and government stakeholders and leading organisational transformation and process & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex information apply critical thinking and develop creative solutions that enhance organisational performance and & Culture Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams foster collaboration and build a culture of inclusion growth and adaptability while modelling self-leadership and emotional & Relationship Management: Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external & Adaptive Capability: Comfortable with technology and committed to leveraging digital tools for efficiency while embracing agility and innovation to challenge conventional or qualification in Finance Accounting or other relevant stream.
