Department Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting the financial aspects of the R&D/Development Center.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial management: provide comprehensive financial support and management for the Development Division.
Reporting: manage and execute monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
Forecasting & planning: develop quarterly business forecasts and lead annual budget planning.
Budgetary control:build monitor and track budget compliance and variances.
Stakeholder collaboration: work closely and continuously with company management both in Israel and globally.
Basic Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Economics Business Administration or Accounting.
Experience: 12 years of experience in a similar financial role.
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Languages: very high proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive/Ownership: A self-starter with a proactive approach and a high sense of responsibility.
