We are looking for a Business Operations PMO to help operate and scale our companys execution engine.
This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution and ensures that company priorities translate into structured action measurable outcomes and high-quality decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive clarity alignment and momentum across strategic initiatives.
What am I going to do:
- OKR & Strategy Architecture: Own the end-to-end OKR framework and planning cycles to align company goals with team execution.
- Performance & Business Reviews: Drive MBRs/QBRs and track key initiatives to ensure progress is measurable and outcomes-focused.
- Executive Decision Support: Structure leadership forums and data-driven materials to shift meetings from status updates to decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee high-impact initiatives by identifying dependencies flagging risks and resolving bottlenecks across the organization.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize processes and templates to improve execution speed and institutional knowledge sharing.

- Faster cycle time from idea to measurable signal
- High-quality leadership discussions focused on impact
- Strong cross-functional coordination with fewer dropped balls

Requirements:
Experience
- 3 years in Strategy BizOps PMO or Program Management in a tech company
- Experience operating OKR frameworks or similar goal-setting systems- Must.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and executive forums
- Strong background in cross-functional program management
Marketplace platform or product-led company experience is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and structuring ability
- Strong executive communication (written and verbal)
- High data fluency and comfort with metrics
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity
- Skilled at stakeholder management across functions
- High people skills with a proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels
