We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled MORES Supervisor to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a MORES Supervisor with Carolina Outreach you will provides clinical leadership supervision and coordination for the Mobile Outreach Response Engagement & Stabilization (MORES) team..
This role supports youth ages 420 and their families experiencing acute behavioral health crises by ensuring timely response clinical stabilization and connection to ongoing community-based services.
The Team Lead balances direct clinical service delivery with staff supervision crisis response oversight quality assurance and program compliance ensuring services are trauma-informed family-centered and aligned with Medicaid and state requirements.
Compensation: $61449.36 - $69741.98
The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!

Provide clinical oversight for 24/7 mobile crisis response services ensuring timely engagement and stabilization.
Respond to complex or high-risk cases as needed to support staff and clients.
Conduct or support crisis assessments safety planning and stabilization interventions.
Ensure use of trauma-informed tells best-practice clinical approaches and family-centered care.
Guide individualized treatment and stabilization planning for youth and families.
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to MORES team members (therapists QPs and support staff).
Facilitate regular team meetings case staffing and debriefings following crisis events.
Support staff development coaching and performance management.
Assist with staff scheduling and on-call coverage to maintain 24/7 availability.
Promote staff wellness and effective crisis response practices.
Ensure strong coordination with families DSS DJJ hospitals schools law enforcement and community providers.
Support linkage to aftercare services higher levels of care and ongoing outpatient or community-based supports.
Oversee discharge planning and transition services to reduce hospitalizations and out-of-home placements.
Ensure all clinical documentation is timely accurate and compliant.
Monitor service quality outcomes and adherence to program standards.
Participate in audits chart reviews and quality improvement activities.
Maintain compliance with Carolina Outreach policies and state regulations
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related mental health field.
Active or eligible NC clinical license required (LCSW/ALCMHC/ALMFT or equivalent).
Minimum 23 years of clinical experience working with children adolescents and families.
Experience in crisis response mobile services or community-based mental health strongly preferred.
Prior leadership supervision or team-lead experience preferred.
