From daily service to special events youll help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hr. Depending on experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Cashier / Customer Service Associate youll play a vital role in guest satisfaction and daily operations.
- Greeting guests warmly and providing friendly professional customer service
- Operating the POS system accurately for food and beverage transactions
- Answering guest questions about menus pricing and daily offerings
- Handling cash credit and electronic payments responsibly
- Maintaining a clean organized and stocked service area
- Assisting with food and beverage setup restocking and light prep as needed
- Supporting special events meetings and banquets
- Communicating guest feedback and concerns to leadership
- Following all food safety sanitation and cash-handling procedures
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and service team members
- Completing other duties as assigned to support F&B operations
What Were Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous cashier customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly professional and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-focused environment
- Reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
