General Summary: The Lead Speech Language Pathologist provides clinical leadership in the development and delivery of speech and language services. This role is responsible for building program structure implementing evidence-based and neurodiverse-affirming practices and ensuring children and families receive high-quality care. The Lead SLP collaborates across disciplines to strengthen integrated services and will support the future growth of feeding and expanded speech therapy RESPONSIBILITIES:Clinical OversightSupports the organizations mission goals and management decisions; promotes an evidence-based behaviorally informed model in program services. Develops and implements the speech therapy program across clinic and academy settings ensuring clinical quality efficiency and alignment with ABA principles. Collaborates with ABA staff and interdisciplinary teams to align treatment goals and integrated care clinical guidance and direction to SLP staff including onboarding supervision and mentorship (if applicable).Establishes and maintains program policies and clinical standards in coordination with leadership to ensure consistency compliance and high-quality service a direct treatment caseload with responsibilities for program development training consultation and clinical in the recruitment onboarding evaluation and retention of SLP staff to maintain a high-performing collaborative and maintains speech trainings for SLPs and cross-disciplinary team AssuranceEnsures services comply with ASHA standards state licensure and funding member progress to ensure treatment goals are effective measurable and and Community EngagementDevelops and maintains professional relationships with families staff and interdisciplinary team members to support collaborative as a liaison with external stakeholders (e.g. schools community partners medical providers) to promote integrated services and continuity of in team meetings case conferences and agency-related activities as needed to ensure effective communication and an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance. This position requires full-time onsite requirements. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position. Performs designated staff evaluations and/or :Minimum Education Required: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programMinimum Experience Required: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); minimum of 2 years post-CCC experience preferred with demonstrated expertise serving children with autism and related developmental Requirement: Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).BH Level: BHPPreferred Education: Any additional certifications or post-graduate coursework in pediatric feeding early intervention or neurodiversity-affirming Experience: Experience developing and implementing speech therapy programs in a multidisciplinary or integrated care :Valid AZ DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card (must maintain valid card throughout employment)CPR First Aid AED certification if required (must maintain throughout employment).Current valid Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirementsInitial current negative TB test result if required (Employer provides).Must pass a pre-employment drug about this position Contact us
