Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Phoenix this full-time permanent role you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population across clinic school and community settings.

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patients speech language communication and swallowing abilities through individualized evidence-based care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals with speech language and communication disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide therapy to improve articulation fluency expressive/receptive language and overall communication skills

  • Deliver direct services to both pediatric and adult populations

  • Assess and treat voice disorders including voice quality and resonance concerns

  • Evaluate swallowing function (dysphagia) and implement safe therapeutic strategies

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

  • Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and educational teams

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to track phonological and language development

  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and ASHA guidelines


Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure immediately)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compassionate patient-focused approach

  • Ability to work in clinic school and community-based environments

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Visa sponsorship not available)
