Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Phoenix this full-time permanent role you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population across clinic school and community settings.
This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patients speech language communication and swallowing abilities through individualized evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for individuals with speech language and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans

Provide therapy to improve articulation fluency expressive/receptive language and overall communication skills

Deliver direct services to both pediatric and adult populations
-
Assess and treat voice disorders including voice quality and resonance concerns
-
Evaluate swallowing function (dysphagia) and implement safe therapeutic strategies
-
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
-
Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and educational teams

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes

Utilize diagnostic tools and software to track phonological and language development

Ensure adherence to professional standards and ASHA guidelines
Required Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure immediately)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate patient-focused approach
-
Ability to work in clinic school and community-based environments
-
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Visa sponsorship not available)
